This notice explains how donor, supporter and website information may be collected and used by Child of Hope.

Information we may collect

  • Name and contact details you submit
  • Donation confirmation information and transaction references
  • Messages or partnership enquiries
  • Technical website information, including an anonymous browser identifier, approximate country or city, referral or campaign source, pages visited, visible time, scroll depth and selected actions

Website analytics do not intentionally store visitor names or IP addresses. Location is approximate and visitor motive shown in the private dashboard is inferred from pages and actions.

How we use it

  • Acknowledge donations and respond to enquiries
  • Maintain organisational and financial records
  • Communicate about projects where you have requested or consented to updates
  • Understand website and campaign performance so we can improve our information and outreach
  • Protect the website and investigate misuse

Children's information

Children's personal information receives heightened protection. Public stories and images should avoid unnecessary identifying details and should be used only with appropriate permission and a clear child-centred purpose.
