Our core rules

• No sexual exploitation, abuse, grooming, harassment or degrading treatment.
• No private or unsupervised access to children merely because a person is a donor, visitor or volunteer.
• Children's photographs and stories require appropriate consent and should not expose unnecessary identifying or sensitive details.
• Staff and volunteers must maintain professional boundaries and report concerns promptly.
• Serious concerns are referred to appropriate protection, social-service or law-enforcement channels where required.

Reporting a concern

If a child may be at risk, prioritise immediate safety. Concerns involving Child of Hope activities can be reported through the foundation's official contact channels. Information is shared only with people who need it for safeguarding or lawful action.
